We are excited to share an exciting opportunity with a reputable company, the Mixxos Group, who are looking for a team leader to join one of their teams. In this role, you will work with the team supervisor to support the day-to-day operations and to ensure the small (but effective) team are performing at their best.

The ideal candidate will have some leadership experience and be commercially astute, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer service principles.

This role is a key position within the Mixxos Group, and the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and members, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Leading by example and responding to high volumes of enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing and resolving escalated complaints from the team, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Motivating and managing the team to achieve targets and goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Consistently checking and improving quality, working within a structured framework to ensure that high standards are maintained.
  • Creating and managing a daily staff rota to determine who is covering the different channels where clients can leave enquiries.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Previous leadership experience of a small team, with a proven track record of success.
  • Commercial/Business acumen, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer service principles.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality service to clients and members.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
