Agile Coach

Job Summary

Meraki Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join their team on an interim contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile transition and software delivery, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert coaching to key Agile roles, including Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
  • Offer advice to management and serve as the go-to expert for Agile coaching.
  • Work with teams to assess their current Agile maturity level and develop plans to improve processes and productivity.
  • Organize and participate in Agile events.

Requirements

  • Extensive Agile transition experience, preferably as an Agile Coach.
  • Strong pedigree in software delivery and application development.
  • A track record of delivering on large-scale or complex initiatives, with experience in planning, features/user stories, design, and delivery.
  • Experience applying Lean Thinking.
  • Ability to work on an Inside IR35 basis and be present in the office each week.
