About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Agile Transformation Manager to join our Agile Transformation team at Capgemini Invent. As a Senior Agile Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in helping our clients plan and embrace the shift to Scaled Agile ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver Agile transformation initiatives for large-scale clients across various industries, including Financial Services, Government, Utilities, Consumer Products, Retail, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Telecommunication, and Media.
  • Develop and implement Scaled Agile practices, such as Scrum of Scrums and PI Planning, to improve business outcomes and create lean-Agile operating models.
  • Assess Agile maturity and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout project delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external vendors to bridge the gap between IT and business.
  • Develop and lead multiple workstreams and orchestrate delivery in uncertain/challenging environments.
  • Contribute to the development of our Agile transformation market propositions.

Requirements

  • Previous consulting or advisory experience, preferably in Agile transformation.
  • Experience and certification in Agile delivery, such as SAFe, DAD, LeSS, or Agile Coaching (ICAgile).
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering consultancy projects or workstreams to design and implement Scaled Agile practices in large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, DevOps, and Lean-Agile mindset.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to drive change and fully understand what is required to undertake a successful Agile Transformation.
  • UK Security clearances.
