About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our client, a leading financial services company, on an interim contract basis. As an Agile Coach, you will play a key role in helping our client's teams adopt and implement Agile methodologies to improve their productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert coaching to key Agile roles, including Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners
  • Offer advice to management and be recognized as the go-to expert for Agile coaching
  • Work with teams to assess their current Agile maturity level and develop plans to enhance processes and productivity
  • Organize and participate in Agile events

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Agile transitions, preferably as an Agile Coach
  • Strong background in software delivery and application development
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale or complex initiatives, with expertise in planning, features/user stories, design, and delivery
  • Experience applying Lean Thinking
  • Ability to work on an Inside IR35 basis and be present in the office each week
