About the Role

As a Management Consultant specialising in Agile Delivery and Coaching, you will play a crucial role in delivering transformational programmes, fostering collaboration, and championing agile practices. This role encompasses key responsibilities from the Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach positions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage product delivery using agile frameworks and techniques, aligning with Agile values such as individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
  2. Assess the Agile Maturity of teams and organisations, guiding them to higher levels of maturity while promoting Scrum values like commitment, focus, openness, respect, and courage.
  3. Provide leadership and empowerment to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture grounded in Scrum values and Agile principles.
  4. Guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices, embracing and promoting Scrum values in daily ceremonies and interactions.
  5. Conduct Agile workshops for development and functional teams, instilling a culture of continuous improvement aligned with Agile values.
  6. Manage the scope of client engagements from inception to closure, ensuring project delivery aligns with client expectations and Agile values.
  7. Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and information flow, following the Agile value of customer collaboration.
  8. Champion an agile mindset within client organisations, ensuring teams are at the forefront of industry best practices while embodying Scrum values.
  9. Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and relentless pursuit of excellence.
