We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our Agile Transformation team at Capgemini Invent. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering large-scale Agile transformations across our strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage teams of up to 50 FTEs across large-scale transformative or migration programmes
  • Manage and lead multiple workstreams and orchestrate delivery with internal and external vendors in uncertain/challenging environments
  • Develop and implement Agile transformation strategies and roadmaps for clients
  • Design and lead projects/multiple streams, taking ownership for elements of the proposition
  • Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction throughout project delivery
  • Contribute to the development of our Agile transformation market propositions

Requirements

  • Previous consulting or advisory experience
  • Experience and certification in Agile delivery
  • Experience of working with business and IT teams in shaping and undertaking Agile transformation programmes
  • Experience in designing Agile Value Stream operating models for large, complex organisations
  • Hands-on experience of introducing and embedding scaled Agile practices
  • Experience of assessing Agile maturity
  • Knowledge of how to scale Agile practices and manage the cultural, governance, environmental and organisational changes involved in accelerating Agile adoption
  • A proven coaching, training and mentoring skillset in Agile delivery and Agile rollout
  • Understanding of the key principles of DevOps and how it supports the flow of value through the end-to-end pipeline
  • One or more industry certifications in Lean-Agile transformation, across SAFe, DAD, LeSS or Agile Coaching (ICAgile)
  • Ability to manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout project delivery
