Job Title: Senior Land Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Land Manager to join our team at Connect Appointments. As a Senior Land Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of land agents and working collaboratively with other departments to develop significant renewable energy projects, including wind and solar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the development of renewable energy projects
  • Liaising with key stakeholders and negotiating land agreements
  • Managing a team of land agents and working collaboratively with other departments
  • Working autonomously and driving innovation within the role

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Land/Legal/Planning
  • At least 5 years' experience within the renewable energy industry
  • RICS qualification
  • Previous experience of project, people and budget management in a renewable energy context
