About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Diamond Sales Expert. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through personalized consults and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted advisor and assist clients with jewelry selection, diamond education, and company policy through personalized consults and follow-up.
  • Drive sales growth by managing your lead pipeline and nurturing and developing leads.
  • Collaborate with other showroom and virtual sales team members on clienteling and custom design projects.
  • Work closely with VRAI's marketing and product team on product launches, trend and product feedback, in-store events, press days, activations, and influencer hosting.
  • Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment.
  • Independent, motivated, and well-organized with excellent writing and communication skills.
