About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Expert to join our Enterprise Sales team at Chess. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultancy, sales, and delivery teams, to identify whitespace opportunities and drive digital services adoption.
  • Participate in new business and tender opportunities, leveraging your expertise in digital solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives, to understand their digital portfolios and identify opportunities for Chess.
  • Conduct digital assessments and discovery sessions to identify opportunities for Chess to resolve business challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with Chess's development and product teams, providing support and guidance from a relationship perspective.
Requirements
  • Strong Microsoft expertise and experience selling Microsoft-based solutions, including SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, and professional and managed services.
  • Familiarity with AI solutions and the benefits of adoption.
  • Proven experience working with Public Sector and Enterprise clients.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to tailor presentations for each vertical.
  • Comfortable with IT contract negotiations and proposal/RFP creation.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
