Receptionist

We have an exciting opportunity to add a receptionist to our friendly and supportive team. We already have a small admin team but are looking for someone who can support them as they are very busy.

Although some experience is preferred it is not required as training will be provided on the job, we will guide you through the essentials to excel in your role.
- Main duties will include but are not limited to:
- Printing, scanning and filing documents
- Operating the telephone system, including screening and transferring calls
- Taking and passing on messages
- Sorting incoming post
- Greeting and welcoming clients
- Liaising with H M Revenue and Customs as requested by senior staff
- Assisting admin team with additional duties
Whilst there are no formal requirements the following would be beneficial:
- GCSE in English and Maths
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Good time keeping and organisational skills
The position will be full time Monday - Friday, based in our Carmarthen office. Occasional work at our Cross Hands office may be required.
