We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a **Veterinary Receptionist at our Towy Vets in Carmarthen**

You'll be joining us on a permanent basis, where you will be working 35 per week from Monday - Friday (08.15 - 18.15) with a 1:5 share in the weekend (08.15 - 12.15) rota.

**About the role**:
As a Receptionist, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to our clients and their animals.

**What we're looking for in our Veterinary Receptionist**:

- An excellent communicator with strong empathy
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
- **Previous Receptionist experience is essential**, Veterinary experience is a plus
- Resilient with the ability to cope with potentially distressing, stressful and emotional situations
- A positive attitude, a willingness to work hard and excellent teamwork skills
