Administration Officer for Educational Visits

**The Role**
The Educational Events Co-ordinator will be responsible for working with the Deputy Head to forward plan all educational visits.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational and written communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills.
**Specific Responsibilities**:
To prepare the paperwork templates, make them readily accessible, and ensure that they meet the required health and safety standards expected for educational visits, taking into account individual SEND and medical needs.
To advise Trip Leaders on the correct process, on risk assessments and the time frame for Educational Visits paperwork.
To ensure that EV proposals for day trips, sporting fixtures, recreational activities and residential trips are processed in suitable a timeframe to gain the appropriate approval.
To support Trip Leaders during the process with advice and facilitate admin support as relevant.
To review the completed paperwork and Risk Assessment for each day trip, sign off if complete, andpass on for final review to the Deputy Head for sign off.
To review the paperwork for each residential trip and if complete sign off and then pass to the Headfor signing. For overseas residential trips, send to the Chair of Council for final sign off.
Working with the Deputy Head, to update the EV policy in line with regulations as required andreview at least annually.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £11.10 per hour
