Part Time Administrator

Prodrive Recruitment are seeking a Part -Time Administrator to work up to 24 hours per week within our Clients offices in Malvern Link
**Responsibilities**:
Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to: data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Assist with scheduling of Production, creating and checking labelling for production run.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in the use of office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications. The Administrator may be required to perform additional tasks as needed.
We offer competitive compensation based on experience. This is a part-time position with regular office hours.
