A vacancy has arisen for an office administrator to join our heating company based in Malvern. We have teams of service, install and electrical engineers who carry out servicing and installation of both domestic and commercial oil/gas boilers and renewable energy technologies including ground/air source heat pumps.

Key skills would involve:
- Having a friendly, polite telephone manner, as the main roll of the job would involve answering telephone calls from customers wishing to book service/breakdown appointments.
- Be computer literate. We use ‘simPRO’ business software to schedule appointments, manage engineers, send out service reminders, etc. Full onsite training will be provided.
- Capturing customer details - accuracy is essential to aid the smooth running of the business.

Other aspects of the roll include:
- Managing our landlord’s properties. This would involve liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure that servicing is booked in within a timely manner.
- Managing customers on our service contract. This would involve contacting them to book in their annual service and also invoicing monthly contracts.
- Liaising with our suppliers regarding availability of spare parts.
- Booking in parts from suppliers and subsequently contacting relevant customers to book engineer’s return visits to fit the parts.

The hours of work would be Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm with a hour lunch break from 1.00 pm until 2.00 pm and would be expected to work approximately one Saturday morning per month from 9.00 am to 12.00 mid-day. We offer 24 days holiday per year plus statutory bank holidays.

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
