**Role**:
We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to support throughout all stages of the Commercial lifecycle. You will be delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with high volumes of work in a fast-paced and varied environment.

**Responsibilities**:
You will:

- deliver and coordinate the administration of the team, including but not limited to purchase to pay user capability and JAGGAER eSourcing
- raise purchase orders and contracts
- assist users across the business with procurement related queries
- assist Commercial Business Partners in the management and issue of ITT and evaluation paperwork and collation of responses
- maintain, file and archive documentation
- support continuous improvement initiatives on all administration and coordination of activity relating to team processes and objectives

- Highly numerate.
- Strong organisational and record keeping skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of eSourcing and purchase to pay solutions.
- Knowledge of public sector commercial processes.

**Person specification**:

- Proactive and flexible.
- Can do approach.
- Ability to prioritise and use initiative.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Personable and a team player.
