**LETTINGS ADMINISRATOR / VIEWING GUIDE **- Residential Lettings Agency**

**Location: Brighton, BN2**

**Salary**:£11 - 13ph**

**Position: Permanent **- **Part** Time**

A superb opportunity has arisen for someone who wants to kick start their career in the property industry with a forward thinking property company. The role is for a **Part Time** **Lettings** **Administrator** / Viewing Guide **based at the Brighton office.

You will be responsible for all areas of the Lettings process from booking viewings / drawing up Tenancy Agreements/ Viewings / Check-in’s etc so you must be an all-rounder and not be afraid to “muck in” with all the day to day tasks.

**This job offers flexible working hours and remote working from home.**

**Skills: The skills required for this **Part Time** **Lettings** **Administrator** / Viewing Guide **role will include**:

- Some experience in Residential Lettings beneficial
- Good administration and organisational skills
- An efficient and excellent communicator
- A strong focus on customer service
- Ambitious and self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Full UK driving license and own car essential
