The CRM Support Administrator is responsible for the day to day support to internal teams, including problem solving/troubleshooting, maintenance of the CRM data and assisting with customisation of R Dynamics where required. As Support Administrator you will be the go to person for CRM users, and an advocate for CRM within the organisation and how it is used.

Your main responsibilities will include
- Ensuring that the data in the CRM is correct and maintained to a good quality, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Maintain dashboards and views.
- Work with the supplier help desk to prioritise tickets, ensuring tickets are progressed in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain user guides.
- Be the CRM system champion, train people to ensure CRM is understood by new and existing users.
- Provide help and support and training for people in data entry and basic management.
- Provide day to day support to internal teams, answering queries, troubleshooting/solving problem or handing over to the supplier help desk and working with them through to resolution.

They are looking for someone who has experience
- Experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM champion.
- Experience supporting non technical users.
- Experience interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of user experience or user journeys.
