Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their team.
The role involves managing customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM system, and overseeing the end-to-end order process. Ensure accurate entry of customer orders into the CRM system and maintain up-to-date records.
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via telephone and email, addressing queries promptly.
Process customer quotations and manage daily distribution through CRM systems.
Ideally a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Full driving licence.
