**Key responsibilities**
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple publishing teams to support their data needs
- Undertake data imports/exports including system configuration, project planning and testing
- Monitor and troubleshoot customer / system user queries, resolving problems promptly

- Highly IT literate with an interest in exploring new software. Excellent Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical approach to tasks
- A fast learner with the ability to adapt to new situations
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to provide detailed information in easy-to-understand formats
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work well with others, be patient and remain calm in stressful situations
