Job Description:Salary:

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage customer experience journeys, including complaint resolution.
  2. Book customers in and arrange vehicle collections and returns.
  3. Deliver a fast and efficient service to insurers and customers.
  4. Update computer systems and portals.
  5. Handle telephone and email enquiries.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with administration and computer systems.
  • A good understanding of the local area for transport logistics.
