Customer Service Representative

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes managing customer experience journeys, handling complaints and resolutions, and ensuring that all interactions are efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking customers in and arranging their vehicle collections and returns.
- Delivering a fast and efficient service to insurers and customers.
- Administering customers' files correctly, while building a genuine rapport.
- Ensuring computer systems and portals are updated.
- Handling telephone and email enquiries, both inbound and outbound.
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a customer service focused role, ideally within the automotive repair sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with administration and computer systems, such as MS Office.
- A good understanding of the local area for transport logistics.
