**Job Role: Customer Service Administrator (Ted Baker)**
**Location: Derby/ hybrid working**
**Pay Rate: £10.98ph**
**Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm**
**Immediate Start**
Harper Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with leading designer brand Ted Baker, who are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team of Agents, you will be responsible for providing a first-class support service to the OperationsTeam.
After training, this role offers hybrid working both from home and the office. The contract is for 12 weeks with the possibility of securing a permanent position at the end.
**What does the role involve?**
- Processing returns and refunds globally
- Systematically arranging exchange or replacement goods
- Working with IT support to resolve order errors
- Invoicing
- Support maintenance of online systems
- Ad hoc administration and project work to support operations and customer service team
**Who are we looking for?**
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Problem solver with the ability to meet deadlines
