**The Role**: Fleet Administrator

**Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000 - £27,000

**Location**: Derbyshire

2fawcet are recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join our long-standing client in South Derbyshire. You will be responsible for the smooth administration, management and processing of information relating to the vehicle fleet in the areas of breakdowns, defects, supplier management, cost & recharge control.

**Responsibilities**
- Taking initial calls relating to (but not limited to) breakdown, repair & maintenance issues across the HGV fleet.
- Ensure that all internal systems are fully updated with accurate and clear information for correct customer visibility.
- Be acquainted with the systems required to operate as part of the role and to use systems in line with operating policies and procedures.
- Ensure that any rechargeable work is notified to the customers following the company procedures and the guidelines.
- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the regulatory bodies are carried out to the standards required.

**Skills & Experience**
- Can work independently as well as part of a team.
- You have proven experience of working proactively and taking initiative.
- You are numerate with an analytical mindset.
- You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate with various departments.
- You're highly organised and have a keen eye for detail.
- Have Transport and Legislation Knowledge.
