We are looking for a HSE Coordinator to work as part of the team in helping to coordinate and support the management of high hazard activities on site with an overall theme of compliance in managing contractor activities.

You will be reporting to the Infrastructure HSE Manager and contributing towards ensuring world class HSE standards and robust processes are in place, helping us manage the HSE risks from our on-site infrastructure activities.

As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.

**What you will be doing**:

- You will be su pporting the Infrastructure team in all aspects of HSE systems, accreditations and compliance activities.
- Planning and assisting with internal HSE inspections and audits.
- Assist with the implementation and roll out of new procedures and systems.
- Assist in setting and monitoring of KPI's preparing any necessary reports or documents as requested.
- Produce monthly performance dashboards
- Coordinate and manage team calendars, logging, monitoring and chasing of actions.
- Maintain all relevant HSE databases for the Infrastructure function
- Help to develop or arrange for any identified HSE training requirements.
- Be actively involved in any HSE process improvements or investigations.

- Strong administrative background ideally with previous experience working within a busy HSE function.
- The ability to pay attention to detail
- HSE qualifications would be an advantage (IOSH, NEBOSH)
