Trainee Maintenance Administrator

Founded in 1978, Clark Contracts Ltd is a privately owned main contractor with five operating divisions; Construction, Fit Out, Small Works, Maintenance and Manufactured Joinery. We employ over 220 people with offices in the East and West of Scotland.
**Role & Responsibilities**
The successful applicant will work in our Maintenance Division and report to the Contracts Managers and will be trained in the following:
- Logging jobs
- Arranging and co-ordinating surveys for insurance and planned works
- Cost control and analysis
- Produce and submit reports to both customers and internal contacts
- Sourcing and purchasing of materials for insurance and planned works
- Collation and processing of weekly paperwork from the directly employed operatives
- Liaising with subcontractors on planned works
- General administration of the department
- Have a willingness to learn
- Be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Have strong IT Skills
- Have excellent communication skills and be capable of multi-tasking
- Be adaptable to change within a fast paced environment
- Have the ability to work both as part of a team and by using their own initiative
This is a full time, permanent position and it will be based at our head office in Paisley.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Licence/Certification:
- Driving license with transport (preferred)
