Office Administrator/customer Service

**Duties**:
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Analyse customer needs and make appropriate appointments, arranging any further action required
- Organise the engineers diaries efficiently
- Deal with the registrations of equipment and all associated paperwork
- Booking in training, updating the matrix and filing the certification
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in administrative / customer service role
- Proficient use and understanding of the Office Suite
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and empathise with customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
