The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Office Administrator to join our head office in Salisbury. As a key part of the dealership team, this role provides support to our teams. This role is offered on a part time, permanent basis, and reports to the Managing Director.

Monday - Friday. 9am-13:00pm

What experience do I need?

We are looking to speak to you if you have previous administration experience, ideally from within the Motor Industry, with strong IT skills including Excel and Xero.

For this role you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong organisation and time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task and ability to follow robust processes.

What will I do on a daily basis?
- Organise collection with in house and third party collection agencies.
- Liaise with the customers and our collection team to ensure required works are completed on new and use vehicles
- Arrange invoicing for vehicle sales and deliveries
- Collate deal files
- Bringing purchased vehicles into our stock records.
- Ensuring appropriate vehicle documents are obtained, recorded, and securely filed.
- Producing accurate and timely vehicle sales invoices that match the signed customer order form.
- Previous experience in Accounts in the Motor Trade or
- Previous experience in Sales Admin in the Motor Trade.
- Be organised and methodical throughout your work.
- Be focused and able to give attention to detail.

This position would be ideal for an experienced Sales Administrator or Sales Accountant who is methodical, organised, and able to give attention to detail across all projects. This role is within the Automotive Industry, so previous experience and knowledge of the Motor Trade is desired.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
