Summary:
Our team is currently looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Team Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to our team and ensuring the efficient operation of our office. This is a full-time position located at our Edgware office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inputting property listings into our CRM system
- Scheduling viewings
- Updating and maintaining company databases and records
- Assisting with data entry and document organization
- Providing clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and document management
- Collaborating on special projects as required

**Required Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Proficiency in computer systems and software like Xero and Excel
- Strong organizational abilities and effective task prioritization
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills
