- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to negotiate contract terms and conditions
- Prepare and maintain accurate contract documentation, including amendments and renewals
- Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of contract terms, pricing, and deliverables
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of contract management principles and practices
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes
- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts
- Proficiency in using contract management systems (e.g., Oracle EBS)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

**Salary**: £21,493.00-£22,332.00 per year
