Office Assistant

This position is based in Bromley and days required to work are Monday, Thursday and Friday.
**Duties**:
- Perform clerical tasks such as sorting and filing documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper etiquette.
- Effective communication with the accountant for basic accounting tasks.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Type and proofread various documents.
- Maintain organizational systems within the office.
- Computerize information for easy access.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computing skills.
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or similar role preferred.
- Proficient in clerical duties and phone etiquette.
- Strong administrative skills to support office staff effectively.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy workspace.
- Knowledge of office procedures and computerized systems.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office for office-related tasks.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 per week
