We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join an exciting company based in Hemel Hempstead. If you have an excellent eye for detail and a passion for Customer Service, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you

This is a Monday to Friday role, hours being 9am to 5:30pm. This role is paying up to £24,000.

**Duties**:

- Assisting in the customer inquiries
- Booking into the system
- Monitoring and managing Turn Around Times
- Monitoring and communication at each stage of the customer journey
- Providing descriptions of the products/equipment to be repaired or updated into our SAP system
- Approving upon work service that needs to be undertaken
- Agreeing/negotiating repair and quotation prices.
- Checking/Booking in repairs
- Liaising / Chasing up suppliers to complete work on specified timescales
- Initial contact for mediating where there is a dispute between customer and supplier/manufacturer with the aim of finding a solution.
- Providing estimated costs/prices to customers through Quotations
- Managing repair upgrade process with customer with regular updates
- Sending payment requests and invoices for repair work
- Logging activity/communication on our SAP IT Systems and issuing returns number
- Arrange DHL courier collections where required for our clients
- Dealing with import and export documentation regarding repairs and returns
- Reporting on Stock Values
- Managing the team and daily responsibilities
- Some proven experience in a similar customer service role required.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent MS office user.
- Some proven experience in business-to-business customer service.
