**Role Overview**:
Our site in Newport is a key part of a Meals Solutions division, producing a huge range of ready meals for retailers. Employing around 1500 people, it is busy, fast-paced environment and we’re now looking for a resource to join our onsite recruitment team.

Reporting to the Recruitment Business Partner, you will be part of the team responsible for managing high-volume recruitment and your key responsibilities will include:

- Issuing interview confirmations and coordinating interviews and assessment days.
- Supporting the Recruitment Business Partner to ensure the recruitment needs of managers across the business can be met.
- Producing reports and KPI information.

**About You**:
We’re open on background and this role would be ideal for somebody with prior experience in a similar role or anybody looking to begin a career in recruitment.

The key things we’re looking for are:

- Proactive and confident in approach, able to provide a professional service to the business and a high level of service to all applicants.
- Highly organised, able to plan and prioritise a busy workload to meet strict deadlines.
- Keen to learn and develop.
- Experience of MS Office - you’ll need to be proficient using Excel.
