This is a fantastic opportunity to join SSCL as a Resourcing Technology Lead. You will be required to undertake the analysis, design, build and testing of our Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - and other Resourcing Technology systems, as part of system change and implementation processes. These will be Resourcing business critical systems with a variety of complexities and nuances across our numerous clients.

This role is within the Resourcing Technology Team which work closely with the Resourcing Projects Team to assist with investigating and reviewing requirements, designing and documenting solutions, and estimating time and technical resource required to complete requested changes

You will be responsible for leading the technical implementation work stream of multiple projects which will include the system configuration of the changes required alongside resolving queries from both internal and external partner. They will be accountable for the thorough end to end testing of their changes and the production of any required testing or end user documentation.

You will possess the ability to problem solve, sometimes with outside the box approaches, whilst maintaining commercial judgement and being influential in customer relationships. Individuals will need to possess the skills, knowledge, and ability to perform and deliver without day-to-day supervision. Roles at this level will require a detailed understanding of methods, systems, and procedures. The work carried out involves limited guidance and only general instructions from more senior colleagues. Due to this, great initiative and judgement are required to address and resolve daily problems

Primarily a remote role, there will be some occasional travel to UK client sites and SSCL offices including monthly meetings in Newport, South Wales.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Working with partners to design solutions and produce specification documents based on requirements and/or problem statements provided for ATS and associated integrations.
- Configuring systems based on signed off specifications, including unit testing and providing testing notes where relevant.
- Creating and maintaining documentation, for both system specification and internal team processes.
- Delivering technical projects in accordance with agreed scope, time, financial and quality measures.
- Ensuring effective client engagement and customer management during the technical project lifecycle (may include management of subcontractors and partners).
- Managing new system integrations to align the project team with third party developer teams and ensuring effective communication
- Sharing personal knowledge of ‘expert’ area through coaching and mentoring, running workshops, and establishing special interest groups.
- Delegating work appropriately and supporting peers on larger scale and more complex system changes,
- Owning the technical workstream within a project or program-any risks to its successful delivery such as timelines, quality, or finances.
- Supporting with ad-hoc queries and providing professional updates and solutions in a timely manner.

**What you'll bring**:

- Sound knowledge working with ATS or similar SaaS technology, either as an end user or an implementation consultant.
- Experience running client workshops, including capturing requirements.
- Experience creating test documentation and running testing sessions.
- Confident and clear communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written.
- Detail orientated with a keen eye to highlight discrepancies.
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
- Able to produce detailed system specifications and user documentation following company branding guidelines.
- Experience working on and delivering multiple technical projects, often at the same time, with evidence of being able to work under pressure and at pace to meet deadlines.
- General awareness, knowledge, of system integrations (API’s).
- Ability to learn and retain knowledge about sophisticated system configurations.

**We would love it if you had;**
- HTML/CSS knowledge
- Prior Applicant Tracking System (ATS) configuration experience (E.g. Oleeo)
- Software testing experience
- An understanding of recruitment processes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge and experience of XML and JSON
