About the Role
eCabs Technologies is seeking a talented Software Development Manager to join our innovative team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in leading development teams and ensuring the successful delivery of our multi-channel ride-hailing platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Development Teams: Oversee and mentor team leads and engineers, guiding them towards successful project delivery.
- Manage Multiple Projects: Take ownership of technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and Develop Teams: Support the professional growth and career development of team members, ensuring they have the resources and training they need to succeed.
- Project Management: Ensure high-quality software solutions are delivered through agile methodologies, while effectively managing project risks and opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and team leadership, with a proven track record of managing and delivering multiple technical projects.
- Strong focus on agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira/Confluence and the Scrum Framework.
- Adept at strategic planning and continuous improvement in development processes.
