The Role:
Your role as an Education Recruitment Consultant will require you to build and maintain long-term working relationships and ensure you’re always providing the best service.

With a strong client base and vacancies coming in everyday, you will spend a lot of the day resourcing and screening applicants, with business development also being an important part of your daily routine.

You will be working for a recruitment company where you will be highly valued as an individual and rewarded for your successes.

About You:

- Minimum of 6 months agency recruitment experience (high volume, temp recruitment).
- Knowledge of working within the Healthcare / Education sector would be an advantage (Compliance driven).
- Has to enjoy visiting and speaking to existing clients as well introducing yourself to new clients to secure new business.
- Must be very relationship driven.
