  • Identify potential compliance risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide guidance and compliance support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Consultants in your team to understand specific needs for your region's supply and long-term vacancies.
  • Conduct training sessions for recruitment staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Assist with the coordination of interviews, placements, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of candidate information and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Utilise various platforms to identify and attract exceptional educators, including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our partner schools.
