We're looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and highly personable individual to join our growing international team on the Isle of Wight. You’ll work closely within our accommodation team to facilitate all aspects of our homestay programme, including the recruitment of new and existing host families for the upcoming summer, visiting prospective hosts, and helping to ensure the success of various recruitment or marketing related events and initiatives.

Full training and onboarding will be provided as part of a structured induction schedule.

**What will I be doing?**
- The most important facet of your role will be the recruitment of host families via a wide range of marketing actions including recruitment stands, events, and telemarketing
- Lead generation - You’ll become adept at identifying potential new opportunities and recruitment channels
- You’ll strive to improve the quality of our homestay provision
- The role will involve a degree of administrative duties
- You’ll enjoy meeting new people with visits to prospective hosts to determine their suitability. This will entail acute attention to detail and an awareness of both procedural and regulatory compliance
- You’ll routinely provide excellent customer service to our new and existing host families
- You’ll be part of a friendly, team-focused environment

**Do you have the requisite experience?**
- A background in sales and experience of working to targets is desirable but not essential. Provided you possess the core skills, we'll work with you to refine them and help you employ them in an effective and productive manner
- Good telephone communication skills
- Must be a team player, willing to take ownership and work autonomously when required

A valid full UK driving licence is preferred.
