Norse Group have a fantastic opportunity for a **Junior Systems Support Administrator** to join our Groups HR Department based at our Head Office in Norwich.
This role is being offered on a full time, permanent contract working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
**The Role**:
Project One has been established to achieve the transformation of the support services functions at Norse. The transformation has elements of technology, process, data, and people change.
As the **Junior Systems Support Administrator **you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of administration duties supporting the implementation and delivery of our new system as part of the Project One development. Your day to day duties will include;
- Provide an effective support service to all AccessHR Users that results in the management and resolution of their service requests
- Provide a mixture of administration support to the team where required
- Manage the escalation of support cases to the support desk
- Attend project workshops to gain new knowledge and overview of the HR and Payroll systems
- Support the delivery of training and development throughout the projects process
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Has the ability to work effectively, meeting deadlines, within a fast paced environment
- Ability to analyse data to support the improvement of the employee system experience
- Ideally have proven experience within a similar HR/Payroll systems administration role
- ideally have previous experience of working in a project environment
