  • Administrative Support: Provide efficient and effective administrative services, working within established policies and processes
  • Customer Service: Ensure an exemplary level of customer service is upheld to patients, consultants, and clinical teams
  • Initiative and Multitasking: Show initiative and have the ability to multitask in order to carry out a wide range of patient telephone liaison, administrative, and general duties
