Account Manager/Field Sales Representative

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, with an initial focus on signing up 1-2 healthcare facilities in the first month, escalating to 15 per month by month 4.

Lead Generation: Utilise provided leads to generate new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline for sustained growth.

Client Engagement: Conduct on-site visits to healthcare facilities, present our tech/software solutions, and sign up clients on the day of engagement.

Onboarding Process: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for clients, including sending agreements, electronic brochures, and providing comprehensive training on how the technology works.

Client Training: Deliver training sessions to healthcare facility staff on the effective use of our technology, ensuring optimal utilisation and client satisfaction.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for any queries or concerns.

Sales Administration: Work closely with the administrative support team to ensure efficient handling of paperwork, agreements, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the healthcare or technology sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Full driving license and access to a vehicle (expense for petrol provided).

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly understand and articulate the features and benefits of the technology.

Remuneration:
Competitive basic salary ranging from £18,000 to £24,000.

Attractive commission structure: £100-£200 for each successfully closed deal.

Expense coverage for petrol.

Provided with a laptop and phone.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: On the road
