A leading company based in Orpington is currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and fast expanding team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Dealing with a high volume of calls, performing basic resets over the phone
- Assisting with technical queries
- Providing costings and quotes
- Stock purchasing duties
- Managing and producing invoices
- Updating the in-house systems regarding queries and outcomes
- Preparing reports on the activities of engineers
**Required Skills/Competencies**:
- 6 months experience within the maintenance industry or similar favourable
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient level of IT skills
- Experience within a fast-paced service environment preferrable
- Good organisational and administrative skills
