Premier Recruitment Group has the privilege to recruit on behalf of our very prestigious client based in Orpington. We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking **Finance Administrator**. This is part-time and permanent position and working for very well established family company. Very interesting and varied role.

**15/16 hours per week**:
Monday - Friday - 9.30-12.30 (flexible start time)

**Salary: £10.50/£11 per hour**

The role:

- Follow up order status and reporting of any problems or delays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prepare, organise and manage bespoke customer enquiries / quotations
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
- Taking good notes and direction from management to ensure customer needs are met.
- Credit control duties
- Sales/purchase ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Contacting HMRC with any queries

We are looking for someone who:

- Available immediately
- Proven finance based experience and SAGE knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
