**Office & Logistics Administrator - TVS**
**+ Job Description**
This role is an integral role in our Customer & Business Support Team. You will be the customer & logistics support for our Taster Validation Schemes (TVS). TVS is sent to our food and beverage clients all over the world, providing blind assessment packs to their taste panels. These shipments are set at fixed point in an annual calendar, therefore meaning you will be able to plan what is required for dispatch and assembly far in advance of time.
This will include coordinating the printing of taster packs. assembling the packs into their primary and secondary packaging, booking shipments with couriers, tracking the shipping process and liaising with customers with general queries about our schemes.
**+ Essential Job Functions**
**Taster Pack Coordination**:
- Coordinate the production of taster packs, including printing and assembly.
- Ensure accurate and timely packing of taster packs.
- Organize the shipment of taster packs to customers, liaising with shipping partners as needed.
**Logistics Management**:
- Monitor order tracking and ensure ex-works order fulfillment.
- Document logistics procedures and operations thoroughly.
- Ensure all logistics operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
**+ Education, Experience & Personal Characteristics**
- Essential:_
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in customer support.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on new responsibilities as needed.
- Desirable:_
- Hands-on experience using export procedures.
- Second language proficiency is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2008.
**+ Salary & Working Conditions**
- Salary Negotiable
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- Office-based at our Leatherhead office
- 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays

Pay: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
