We are offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and proficient administrator to work alongside the management team within SRG Electrical Ltd. You will be capable and self-motivated with a natural ability to plan ahead. You will need excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with individuals at all levels.

As a small company, you will be valued within your role and in turn be provided with all the tools necessary to complete the task. A flexible approach is essential to fulfill this role. You will provide first class administrative support to the office manager and directors. A Front of house, reputation and professional response is essential to achieve this.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Accepting deliveries
- Booking deliveries
- Arranging diaries of engineers and management with appointments and holidays etc
- Ordering supplies
- Contacting clients
- Taking phone calls
- Raising Invoices / taking payments
- Reacting to any issues which require attention and dedication to resolve
- General Office Management

**Essential Training or Qualifications**:

- Experience of Microsoft Office. Outlook, excel and word - Essential
- Attention to detail
- Problem Solver
- Willing to go the extra mile, team player
- Time management
- Customer communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
