**Key Responsibilities**:
Producing project schedules using Excel Spreadsheet

Working from these schedules to produce quotations and sales invoices for clients and also to place orders with suppliers.

Monitoring orders through to delivery.

Liaising with suppliers and obtaining costs (for furniture, fabrics etc.)

Entering Purchase Ledger onto Sage.

Monthly reconciliation of business credit card account.

Dealing with all financial paperwork and filing.

Ensuring the general smooth running of the office, ordering stationery and supplies etc.

Providing general administrative and clerical support to the directors as needed, as well as assisting with interior design schemes.

**Skills and Experience**:
Sound knowledge of all Microsoft Office Software Systems,

Proficient in Excel and Outlook.

Sage Accounting Software experience preferable

Book-keeping experience

Ability to work quickly and accurately

Good administration/organisation skills

Good communication skills

Ideally, an interest and or flair for interior design.

**Salary**: From £20.00 per hour
