**Job description**

**Duties**:

- Assist works control and customer service
- Answering telephone calls
- Dealing with customer queries or request
- Placing relevant service calls for customers arriving via telephone/ online portal
- Assisting stock control in the office and dealing with toner orders through Vantage
- Producing purchase orders in Vantage/ xero and sending them supplies
- Uploading new contracts onto Vantage
- Ensuring devices are connected to FMAudit device monitoring
- Setting up e-maintenance for device monitoring
- Ordering equipment for new sales orders through Vantage using PO system
- Inputting purchase invoices for payment in Xero
- Assisting with bank reconciliation on Xero
- Assisting with weekly service billing on Vantage
- Booking travel arrangements where necessary
- Assisting sales team with billing comparisons
- Excess toner usage calculations

To be successful you'll possess:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working in a sales environment would be advantageous
- Administration experience
- Able to work in a lively, fun and fast paced office
- Aptitude for learning, and looking for a role whereby you can really get your teeth stuck into
- GCSE C's and above in maths and English
- Confident communicator and keen to get your teeth stuck in

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leatherhead: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
