**The Role**

We are seeking an energetic and highly organised Operations Coordinator. The role will support all aspects of our operation functions and become a real focal point for business support, with a particular focus on project management.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Training and compliance of relevant systems and processes
- Providing project team support in setting up and entering project information into our project management system
- Reviewing and communicating the performance of projects against project budgets, progress against key tasks, invoicing
- Ensuring project closedown is done in a timely manner and folders archived
- Supporting the Head of Operations in setting up meetings, preparing agendas, minute taking, reports and analysing project performance data
- Have worked in a Project Management Support role and/or have adhered to and supported Project Management processes through accurate data entry and reporting
- Enjoy working in an operational support role
- Demonstrate high levels of organisation and the ability to multi-task
- Work well under high pressure to tight deadlines
- Have strong communication skills
- Be comfortable in use of MS product e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

The following would be an advantage:

- Previous experience working with a Project Management system
- Working within a consultancy
- Experience working within the Sustainability sector

Eunomia also shuts down between Christmas and New Year for the “cost” of 1 day’s holiday, the additional days are “free” holiday in the period between Christmas and New Year. All of us have a monthly wellbeing allowance and can take an additional 2 days leave a year for volunteering.

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
