This role includes a range of activities including but not limited to:

- supporting the onboarding process for new starters including inductions and pre-employment checks,
- processing HR paperwork and maintaining electronic records,
- producing monthly reports,
- inputting monthly payroll such as overtime and sickness absence,
- maintaining our HRIS with employee data and letter uploads,
- supporting managers with probation administration,
- responding to employee and manager queries,
- providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

**About You**:
This role is perfect for someone that has a background in administration and can demonstrate a professional, confident and ‘can do’ attitude.

**Minimum criteria**:

- Previous administration experience within a busy environment
- A desire to work in a fast-paced HR department
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel

We operate hybrid working across the organisation where we split our time between working on-site at our offices, and at home, remotely within the UK.
