**Job description**

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Experience dealing with members of the public face to face and by telephone
- Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
- To support the firm’s goals by demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Good organisational and time management skills and ability to work on a variety of tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Understanding the importance of confidentiality
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to gather and analyse information from the customer
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility and a ‘can do attitude’

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Admin/Reception: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
