**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and devise solutions aligned with their needs.
- Deploy and set up Genesys Cloud CX solutions in accordance with business specifications.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Genesys Cloud CX implementations and integrations.
- Set up configurations and unifications.
- Address and resolve issues related to Genesys Cloud solutions.
- Stay informed about the latest features and updates in Genesys Cloud CX, providing recommendations for optimal implementation practices.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing extensive, multi-site, intricate contact center environments.
- 3+ years of experience with the Genesys Cloud CX Platform.
- Proficient in Genesys Cloud CX3, encompassing WEM/WFM, Digital channels, Inbound, Outbound, Reporting, Recording, and self-service.
- Practical exposure to Amazon Web Services.
- Direct involvement in gathering requirements for customer channels, service operations, workforce management, and reporting/analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Technology or any additional related area.
- Outstanding team player adept at building robust relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills.

**Nice to have**:

- Genesys Cloud certifications would be beneficial.
- Practical experience with JavaScript development.
